Job Description:
- Regular bookkeeping and administrative activities
- Consultation with clients and individual account representation
- Data-entry and management, fulfilling regular accounting, payroll, receivable and payable information on behalf of clients
- Updating clients on certain facets of business, assisting to provide clarity in business decisions
- Wide variety in tasks and opportunity to wear many hats, engaging in occaisonal marketing initiatives, budget work and financial strategy consultation
Qualifications:
- Deep attention to detail with thoughtfulness and pride in the accuracy of work conducted
- Self-motivated, capable of thinking broadly in moving to the next task with little direction
- Responsible in nature and dedicated to meeting deadlines, fulfilling client requests, and maintaining a systematic way of managing tasks
- Excellent time management and organization skills, facilitating a wide variety of tasks while keeping client information and documents organized
- Affection for teamwork, assisting other members with tasks and streamlining operations for management
- A quick learner, ready to broaden their business skills and fulfill a holistic understanding of finance and accounting principals
- Tech savy, profficient in microsoft office and excel
- A basic understanding of accounting principles with experience in a financial role will be an asset however not required
- Marketing experience and digital design will be an asset however not required
